Put your passion, drive and expertise to work with the world's cloud security leader.We're looking for an experienced HR Data Operations Manager to join our People and Culture Operations team. You will manage the integrity, security, and operational quality of HR data across our systems. You will be responsible for design and governance of HR data standards, then ensure the standards are operationalized to produce ongoing reliability, accuracy, and security. Additionally, you will be responsible for compliance with both internal and external data protection and privacy obligations. Reporting to the Director of Business Transformation, you'll be based hybrid in San Jose, CA or Seattle, WA. and be responsible for:Develop HR data standards, adapting for our needs and data regulations globally.Collaborate with senior partners across HR, IT, finance, and legal teams to co-create and manage the HR data infrastructure.Lead efforts to maintain compliance with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), implementing operational monitoring while managing data security incidents.Implement and operate HR data quality programs, ensuring the consistency and reliability of data across all systems.Develop goals and dashboards to monitor data quality, operational performance, and system health, and collaborate with HRIS teams on system enhancements, data management best practices.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.6+ years of experience in HR data management, operations, or HRIS in a large organization.Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse) and data analytics tools.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Relevant certifications in HR data governance, security, or operations (e.g., CDMP, CISM, CIPM).Knowledge of advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL), data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and experience implementing compliance measures.Experience in high-growth technology or SaaS environments.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.Base Pay Range $122,500—$175,000 USD
