is currently looking for a

Wireless Telecom Administrator I . The right candidate will maintain cellular telephones and wireless devices companywide.Perform billing/plan analysis and work with vendors to optimize company-wide usage.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Process companywide requests for cellular phones and wireless cards, including requests to move, add, or change serviceTroubleshoot cellular telephone and wireless card problems and coordinate actions with end-users, vendors, and IT personnel to correct any interruption in serviceMonitor use of a company-issued cell phone or other device including but not limited to excessive or zero use per policy guidelines. Report to management as per company policyConduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyAble to meet department Service Level Agreements (SLA's) for issue response times.If unable to resolve during the designated response time, customer must be notified of steps to be taken with an ETATrain users in cellular phone operationsProcess returns for reissuance or salvage, ensuring corporate data is removedAble to work overtimeAble to participate in on-call rotationAble to travel overnightQualifications

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)One to three years of related telecommunications experiencePossess strong interpersonal and verbal communication skillsAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applicationsProficiency with MS Office and emailAbility to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral visionPreferred Qualifications
