What's your day like?

Cadence Coalition is seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Administrator to enhance our NORAD-USNORTHCOM (N&NC) Information Technology Enterprise Services (NITES) program. In this role, you will leverage your experience in cybersecurity and system administration to implement and manage Endpoint Security Services (ESS). Your focus will be on safeguarding clients within the N&NC IT Enterprise, ensuring robust protection against emerging threats. Ideal candidates will possess a strong problem-solving mindset, combined with a customer-centric approach to effectively address security challenges.

Responsibilities:Administer and maintain Endpoint Security Services (ESS) to ensure the security of clients within the enterprise.Interpret and analyze ACAS scan reports to identify vulnerabilities and implement effective mitigation strategies.Perform patch management in a complex enterprise environment.Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and manage patching processes for systems and applications to ensure compliance with security policies.Conduct regular assessments and audits of cybersecurity measures, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and standards.Stay informed of the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to enhance the security posture of N&NC.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop/implement cybersecurity best practices and policies.Monitor, assess, and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and reporting.Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on cybersecurity policies and practices.Document all security incidents, vulnerabilities, and remediation actions in accordance with organizational standards.Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats to enhance the security posture.Required Qualifications:

Active Top Secret security clearance.Bachelor of Science Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 2 years Cybersecurity or System Administrator Experience on large complex networks.DoD 8750 Compliance and IAT Level 2 Certification, i.e. Security+CE.Relevant cybersecurity certification: CCNA-Security, CySA+, C|ND, or comparable.Proven experience as a cybersecurity administrator or system administrator within the DoD.Strong knowledge of Endpoint Security Services (ESS) and best practices.Keen understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Desired Qualifications:

Administrator experience deploying and using Trellix Solidcore.Cybersecurity Administrator Experience within the DoD.Experience with Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS).Experience in patch management for complex enterprise environments.Interpreting ACAS scans to mitigate vulnerabilities.
