: Essential Job Results
: Maintain organizational computer systems, desktops, and peripherals for our Corporate Office, Distribution Centers and Member Branch employees. Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade all IT hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal laptop/workstation performance Effectively manage, and prioritize, multiple projects simultaneously while still maintaining high level of accuracy and customer service Respond and communicate to all calls for technical support through phone, Teams, Jira Service Desk, or in person. Document and organize procedures in Confluence for troubleshooting steps performed Organize, tag, and catalog all digital assets & equipment Install and maintain a variety of hardware and software (laptops, phones, monitors, peripherals, etc.) Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems. Identify priority issues and ensure that they are handled first. Assist in organizing, tagging, and cataloging digital assets. Follow all company standards, policies, and procedures as currently documented. Follows up on assigned tickets in timely manner. Document troubleshooting steps performed within each service request. Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while still maintaining a high level of customer service. Qualifications
: Excellent customer service and communication skills 3+ years of demonstrated IT Helpdesk experience Professional work ethic Motivated self-starter who desires to work with similar Advanced knowledge of Windows 10, including user profiles Familiarity with Windows server 2012 - 2019 Experience managing Office 365 and Exchange Experience with Active Directory Management including Group Policy and User/Computer provisioning. Virtual environment experience, preferably VMware Citrix client experience Strong troubleshooting capabilities Ability to organize, prioritize and solve multiple issues simultaneously in a timely and efficient manner. ** 3rd party and subcontract staffing agencies are not eligible for partnership in this position. 3rd party subcontractors need not apply.
