This individual will provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that promote the company's culture. They will also oversee the progress of operations. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. Job Responsibilities: Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects Decide on suitable strategies and objectives Coordinate cross-project activities Lead and evaluate project managers Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities Apply change, risk and resource management Develop relevant KPI's and assess program performance Resolve projects' higher scope issues Prepare reports for program directors, and other executive leadership Organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement Track budgets and operating plans for the program Analyze and mitigate program risks Responsible for driving adherence to the IT PML Scope: (Include scope/ complexity of the role that can be measured and are pertinent to the roles responsibilities) Responsible for managing 3 - 5 project managers Responsible for program budget accountability and reporting Responsible for managing and driving KPI's to include budget, scope and schedule PCR's and reporting Basic & Preferred Qualifications BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field Master's degree in related field preferred 5+ years' experience as Sr. Project Manager, preferably in a technology environment 8+ years' experience as Program Manager PMP preferred Industry-Competitive Benefits Coupled with our compensation and bonus incentive programs, our benefits deliver rewards that are market competitive.
