Job Number: 912 External Description: Position DescriptionAt a GlanceLegrand has an exciting opportunity for a QA Analyst to join the Legrand North America Team in West Hartford, CT. Legrand North America is seeking a talented and motivated QA Analyst to join their growing Digital Systems development team and assist in company-wide initiatives for Digital Transformation. This role will report directly to the Director of Digital Systems and will be responsible for owning the overall testing and quality assurance of the SAP Commerce platform. They will execute formal test plans/ scripts, create test case automation and test execution in support of IT changes. The QA Analyst will partner and collaborate with the development team to provide concise feedback, support and training on testing best practices.What Will You Do?Owns overall testing and testing processes for Legrand's SAP Commerce Platform - test automation plans, test scripts, and test executionExecute testing, including documentation of test results and defectsDefine and track quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results and rest statusDocument all problems and communicate to Delivery Manager and Development TeamCreate and deliver quality and testing process training to IT team and business teamsAssist in the implementation and maintenance of software testing tools

QualificationsRequired SkillsEXPERIENCE:At least 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing software platformsExperience with software application test planning and executionSAP Commerce (Hybris) experience strongly preferredExperience with products and content catalogsExperience with SAP PCM (product content management system)Full understanding of overall platform/ solution

Experience with a testing scenario within the entire SAP Landscape or similar ERP platform

SKILLS/KNOWELDGE/ABILITIES:Coordination, regression and performance testing for packages released on a defined schedule and timelineStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to analyze front end applications (Web Applications), Client server and back end (object, interfaces, triggers, events) and overall B2B and B2C solutions
