About The Role
A key member of EWC's in-house paid media planning and buying team, the
Paid Search Specialist
will set up, run, and continually optimize Brand and Non-Brand campaigns that meet and exceed media KPIs for the national always-on buy and a variety of local and seasonal efforts.
A Day in the LifeArchitect brand and non-brand campaigns at the national and local levels across both evergreen strategies and key seasonal periods for EWCConsistently update campaigns and optimize them to hit primary and secondary KPIsUtilize keyword research and social listening tools to:
Plan for the launches of new products and service offeringsTest a variety of ad copy while staying true to European Wax Center's brand voiceConsistently update brand, non-brand, and negative keyword lists
Setup, maintain, and automate eCommerce feeds in Google Merchant CenterReview quality score components and collaborate with the SEO team to improve ad relevanceLeverage value-based bidding to optimize towards and measure conversions that are relevant to campaign goalsMonitor campaign performance by building dashboards in enterprise reporting toolsPartner with cross-functional teams, such as CRM, product, and creative, to align media reporting insights with broader marketing objectivesPerform regular campaign audits to identify new opportunities and areas for improvementSupports with additional projects as neededWhat Sets You Apart

Bachelor's Degree3-5 years of overall online advertising experience3+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns including eCommerce (shopping)1+ year of experience setting up and optimizing Google Performance Max campaignsExperience in Google Search Ads 360 preferredExperience working in other paid media channels (paid search, programmatic, etc.) is a plusAdvanced GA4 Expertise: At least 1-2 years of experience in Google Analytics 4, with proficiency in setting up custom tracking events, funnels, and goal conversionsHands-on experience managing enterprise-level tag management solutions (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch)Demonstrated experience running and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests to inform web and media strategiesGoogle Ads certification requiredExperience working on an in-house marketing team is a plusExperience running local campaigns is a plusExperience in franchise/distributed workforce environments is a plus
