Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Software Engineers listen to customers perspectives and work with Architects and Analysts to make requirements become a reality. As a member of the Program Performance Management Community of Excellence, the successful candidate will be responsible for engagement with customers, Project leaders and architects. They will utilize their development skills to build and support applications on premise and in the cloud. A software engineer will work with the product team and prioritize requirements into a plan to meet milestones and minimum viable products (MVP) that meet schedule, cost, and functional constraints. The successful candidate will work with internal customers to help conceptualize means to apply digital technology as a strategic asset.
Software Engineers will work with the business transformation, developer advocacy, and functional leadership teams to identify opportunities to create the desired customer experiences and gather feedback to support iterative, data-driven growth and improvement opportunities, while determining effectiveness of new and current systems.
This role is focused on independently maintaining and enhancing a suite of varied software applications focused primarily on earned value, cost, and schedule management.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Level: Level 4: BS+8-10 YRS or MS+6-8 YRS
Required Skills/Tools
5+ years experience with Excel macros data connections
5+ years experience with .NET C# and VB
5+ years experience with PL/SQL
5+ years experience with Tableau Server
5+ years experience working directly with software application users on requirements and troubleshooting
3+ years experience with technical and user documentation
3+ years experience with Gitlab
3+ years experience with Python
HEAVILY PREFERRED
Experience with program management - earned value, cost, schedule
Experience with Deltek applications (Cobra, Open Plan and PM Compass)

Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $100.00-125.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.

Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
