What we are looking for:
2-5 years of experience in highly creative projects, television/movie set design, commercial, or hospitality projects with Interior Designers/Interior Architects who can bring heavily themed concept designs into built realityBased in Washington, DC metro area for hybrid work (3 days in office, 2 days remote).Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior DesignExperience with concept ideation, renderings, custom products and finishes, furniture selections and custom furniture design, space planning, art curation, and art directingExperience with custom fabrication and technological sophistication, large size projects or HQ experienceExcellent Revit/Smart Modeling, Enscape, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign skills (Rhino skills a plus)Excellent 3D graphic rendering skillsAbility to work with the Director to develop strong design concepts and accurately document them in design presentations and construction documentsExperience with space planning, FF&E specifications, material selections, codes, and coordination with consultantsAvailable for regular out-of-state travel as needed by teamFluent in written and spoken EnglishValid work permit (USA)
