As a Sr. Product Designer for Growth, you will play a crucial role in driving our user acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies, working closely with product managers, software engineers, product designers, marketers, data scientists, and user researchers. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves digging into data, can generate a wide range of design ideas to help us meet our business and user objectives, and can quickly turn those ideas into experiments. Your passion for visual communication and expert interaction design will significantly contribute to crafting user experiences that bring our brand to life and instill trust and confidence in people.

What You'll Do:Identify opportunities and pain points across the user experience that have potential to significantly improve acquisition, activation, retention, referrals, or monetization.Work closely with cross-functional partners to define strategy, requirements, and experiments to optimize multiple user experience touch points (SEO, landing pages, public website, purchase funnel, blog, digital ads, email, social media).Translate quantitative data and qualitative insights into creative ideas and informed design decisions that resonate with our target audience.Craft visual design strategies that enhance user comprehension and engagement, including typography, color schemes, imagery, and motion to strengthen the brand's visual narrative across different platforms.Mentor and guide the product design team in understanding and applying the brand's design language, ensuring coherence and evolution of the brand identity.What we need:

5+ years of related professional experience with a plethora of successful design experimentation for growth experiences.You live and breathe data.Understand growth channels, unique targeting and iterative testing.Obsessed with product quality and armed with a strong sense of aesthetics.Expert in combining typography, layout, color, and modern user interaction patterns into strong visual communication and effective user experiences.Proven ability or desire to lead efforts that bring creativity to everyone (e.g. planning and facilitating co-creation and ideation activities, etc).Prior experience working for growth or conversion rate optimization experiences is a plus.Unstoppable Qualities:

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the location(s) listed. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including, without limitation, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. NEXT employees are eligible to participate in our equity incentive program and will also receive our benefits package, consisting of our partially subsidized medical plan, fully subsidized vision/dental options, life insurance, disability insurance, 401(k), flexible paid time off, parental leave and more.

US annual base salary range for this full-time position:

$140,000-$190,000 USD
