Under general supervision, promotes excellent customer relations at the worksite. Have pressure control experience. May coordinate the activities of service operators during equipment rig up and rig down on a location and the preparation of equipment for performing a job. Ensures customer satisfaction with work performed. Responsible for the management of the materials inventory when acting as Yellowjackets Oilfield Services sole service provider at the well site. As needed, may perform data collection and data distribution on jobs. Utilizes competency processes to enhance own skills development and job performance. Will be responsible to ensure field paperwork is correct and completed. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, and profitability of operations.

Requirements

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinate personnel for shop work, help w/ operations, ordering rentals, explosives, purchasing, and po requests.

Off-call every other weekend.

Operate, service, and maintain equipment in a safe manner

Complete all documentation required for equipment service, inspections, and maintenance

Comply with required safety and operational procedures

Train and mentor less experienced crew members during jobs

Assists other employees with equipment rigs up and rig down

Perform required inspections and maintenance of equipment and ensure that equipment certifications are up to date

Perform all duties in compliance with Customer and Company policies and procedures and applicable regulations

Actively participates in safety meetings and assists to identify and address risks and hazards

Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Qualification Requirements

H.S. Diploma or equivalent required

3 + years experience required

Ability to read, write and speak fluent English

Ability to use simple mathematical calculations using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals (addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication) to make job-related calculations

Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations as required for the position.

Basic computer skills required

Ability to operate the Warrior Logging System.

Knowledge of company policies, QHSE standards, and departmental guidelines

Able to operate both wireline truck and offshore skid units as per operating standards and procedures

Knowledge of company policies, QHSE standards, and PSL guidelines.

Must possess the communications skills required to perform the essential functions of the job

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Ability to stand, bend, stoop, twist, squat, crawl, and walk; may have extended periods of standing or sitting

Exposure to working outdoors and extreme weather conditions

Must be able to work on land, inland waters, or offshore.

Must have the flexibility to work any schedule based on business needs, including weekends, and be on a "24-hour on call" / 21&7 days off rotation.

Ability to clear/pass pre-employment screening, testing, and job-relevant hiring requirements

Be able to perform Cased Holed Logging and Mechanical Services. Pipe Recovery Services is a plus.

Well Control Certifications

Must have a valid Driver's License with the proper endorsements required for the type of vehicle operated, issued by state of residence

Class, A or B CDL is a plus.
