WHAT SETS YOU APART
Orlando City SC is looking for a full-time CRM & Sales Analyst to join the Strategy & Analytics team. You will have the unique opportunity to learn and contribute to Orlando City, Orlando Pride, Orlando City B and Exploria Stadium business practices. The CRM & Sales Analyst is primarily responsible for overseeing the management of the CRM system along with supporting the design, development, and distribution of data analysis, reporting for ticket sales and service campaigns for Orlando City and Orlando Pride. The position will consult with departments to provide essential support in the creation of strategies, including growing the fanbase, enhancing the service and value provided to customers, and revenue growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESLead the tactical administration of the ticketing CRM system including user management, data hygiene, data manipulation and reporting/dashboardsOffer daily support to ticketing leadership regarding campaign strategy, planning, execution, activity tracking and reportingProvide training and daily support to CRM users across the organization to aid in platform utilityAid digital sales and marketing initiatives through consumer targeting and segmentation analysisCoordinate data integration and management with various vendors and conduct data quality auditsContribute to predictive/statistical modeling and visualizations to maximize revenue and optimize overall business performanceDevelop, maintain and distribute a portfolio of reportsDetermine business information needs, identify system requirements, KPIs and methods for CRM and analytics to assist with operational and strategic planningAnalyze, review, forecast and present information for operational and business planningDiscover, propose and implement process improvementsQUALIFICATIONS
