The Opportunity CACI is seeking a Data Center-Cloud Infrastructure Analyst to join a highly diverse team of technical and functional experts at The Pentagon, Washington D.C. and FT. Belvoir, VA. This team supports the Information Technology Infrastructure and Transport Division of the Network Command, Control, Communications, and Computers (C4) Services Integration (NC4SI)Directorate, within HQDA, DCS G-6. NC4SI provides comprehensive planning, analytical, operational, policy, technical and management services.
In your role as a Data Center-Cloud Infrastructure analyst, you will be responsible for providing: (a) data center and cloud infrastructure knowledge, information system planning, data center compliance background, and (b) cost and funding information as managed by the Army G-6 via the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process for the Army's IT portfolio and network modernization efforts.
ResponsibilitiesPossess and maintain analytical and technical skills necessary to review technical products, conduct mission analysis, and propose solutions, via deliverables, that contribute to operational concepts and into relevant solutions.Provide management with IT systems support analysis and awareness.Provide Data Center and Cloud subject matt er expertise (SME) input to deliverables, meetings, taskings, and various responses to queries from senior leadership, DA staff , and Army stakeholders.Provide recommendations for revisions to existing documentation including project plans, Concept of Operations(CONOPS) documentation, Execution Orders, Army Directives, working group charters, Memorandums of Agreement(MOA), and other documentation required to support government missions.Assist with staff coordination, planning support, technical analysis, policy development, and independent assessment/analysis of Army initiatives and other collaborative efforts.Provide input on tasks and initiatives and coordinate with Army Cyber Command/ U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command and DoD CIO.Gather, develop, share, and effectively use Data Center and Cloud knowledge in support of division activities.Serve as SMEs supporting Government IT Portfolio Managers, Management Decision Evaluation Package (MDEP)Managers, and Mission Areas for operational maintenance requirements in support of existing, planned, and other technological initiatives.Provide PPBE skills, knowledge, and abilities supporting processes, procedures, guidance, and controls which includes support for tracking and oversight activities to meet Department of the Army and Department of Defense.Analyze and contribute insights to assessments regarding the validity of requirements and off er recommendations and draft documentation in support of the MDEP manager's decision.Provide draft MDEP analysis and support for the division Government personnel, Digital Program Evaluation Group(PEG) Integrator for IT MDEPs.Qualifications Required:
Top Secret/SCI requiredEducation - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institutionExperience - 4 -7 years of relevant work experienceArmy staff experience or DoD staff experienceDesired:Experience communicating at the executive level (GO/FO/SES)Excellent oral and written English communication skills to effectively interact with varying audiences and stakeholdersAble to work independently with limited supervisionAble to discover relevant data, understand the context it is being used, and apply experience analysis to turn data into actionable informationKnowledgeable on Business Case Analysis (BCA)Knowledgeable on linkage between PPBE process phases and related data collection, reports, and requirements briefings.
