Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented EPCIS File Monitoring and Processing Specialist to ensure the seamless processing of EPCIS files and support our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will monitor API calls, validate outbound shipments, manage errors, and implement preventive actions to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
EPCIS File Monitoring and Processing:
Ensure that EPCIS files sent by suppliers are processed through rTS without errors or delays.Monitor files for discrepancies and take corrective actions in case of processing issues.Warehouse Operation API Support:
Oversee API calls related to warehouse operations (Aggregation, Disaggregation, Reaggregation, Shipments) to ensure successful processing within rTS.Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise from API calls.Outbound Shipment Monitoring:
Verify that EPCIS files generated for outbound shipments are delivered error-free.Ensure data consistency within outbound files, aligning with regulatory and buyer-specific requirements.Sentry Validation and Error Management:
Validate all outbound EPCIS files using the Sentry system, promptly addressing any flagged errors.Coordinate with rfXcel teams and external stakeholders to resolve and reprocess files with Sentry errors.Preventive Actions:
Identify, document, and implement preventive measures based on daily support activities.Track the effectiveness of preventive actions and follow up with relevant stakeholders.Incident Reporting and Escalation:
Maintain detailed logs of incidents encountered during support processes.Escalate unresolved or critical issues to Level 2 or Level 3 teams within rfXcel or Customer for timely resolution.Regular Status Reporting:
Provide periodic reports to stakeholders on file processing status, incidents, and implemented preventive measures.Conduct weekly/monthly reviews to identify areas for operational improvement and present recommendations.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.Experience in file processing, API support, or warehouse operations preferred.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and coordination abilities.Familiarity with EPCIS standards and Sentry systems is a plus.
