The Electronic Warfare & Signal Processing group is looking to hire an experienced

Principal Systems Algorithm Analyst

with knowledge and technical expertise in algorithms analysis to support the design, development, and deployment of software products containing advanced RF capabilities to address emerging threats. This position requires the ability to drive technical solutions for multi-disciplined technical teams during all phases of capture and development.

This position is full-time on-site in El Segundo, CA in support of Advanced Technologies programs.

What You Will DoDevelop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges involving multiple subsystem and system interactions (system of systems) as an Individual Contributor, Technical Lead, or both, specific to furthering advanced algorithms prototyping, development, and integration into software products.Understand the customer's architecture needs and desired capabilities and participate in prototype proof of concept algorithm design and development.Selected candidate will be required to obtain and maintain special access program (SAP) clearance and/or an SCI clearance.What You Will Learn

Verbal and written communication skills for engagement with program management, technical team members, customers, subcontractors, and industry partners.Manage products throughout the lifecycle and support new business efforts. Development efforts will be focused on front end development, with a vision towards extending and transitioning to end users/systems.Work on cutting-edge projects with a talented team.Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and eight (8) years of engineering experience OR an advanced degree with six (6) years of engineering experience.Experience with Signal Processing (AMTI), Tracking, Communications, or Resource Management.Experience in analysis, modeling and simulation, systems engineering architecture and lifecycle development, requirement development and/or requirement verification.Experience leading and training technical teams of junior to mid-level systems engineers and analysts and ability and balance development priorities with near/long term program objectives.Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.Qualifications We Prefer

Active DoD Top Secret clearance with investigation within five years.Experience analyzing engineering problems and identifying root causes.Experience communicating program status, issues and resolution plans across all major stakeholders including senior leadership, customers, and major subcontractors.Experience in Flight Test demonstrations and flight data analysis.Experience in giving complex technical briefs or presentations.Experience in developing, implementing, integrating, and validating SW and/or system architectures, concepts, and constructs.What We Offer

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
