Position Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage mechanical construction projects
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and construction teams
- Develop and execute project plans
- Monitor project progress and ensure quality standards are met
- Manage project budgets and timelines
Position Essential Job Functions:
- 8+ years of experience in Mechanical Construction Project Management
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or construction management
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong estimating skills for change orders
- Ability to read and understand construction documents
Position Skills:
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
Salary: $70,000-130,000
