As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

Position Overview: Proposal Coordinator will assist with the coordination and management of qualifications and marketing proposals. Support firm qualifications and proposal pursuits, which includes working closely with Proposal Managers and Leadership to gather appropriate material/information needed to meet the requirements of the submission by the designated deadlines. This includes assembling and packaging proposals/ documents from inception through final product.

Key Responsiblities:

Proposal Development: Assist in high-stakes proposal pursuits, collaborating closely with the Proposal Manager to ensure alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.Strategic Material Gathering: Assist in gathering relevant materials and information from various departments, ensuring all submissions are comprehensive and compelling.Proposal Assembly and Packaging: Oversee the entire proposal lifecycle, from conceptualization to final delivery, ensuring that all documents are meticulously assembled and presented to meet designated deadlines.Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for quality control, ensuring that all proposals meet the highest standards of accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in a marketing/communications role, preferably within the architecture, interior design, or real estate industries.Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, copyrightingExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovationCurrent Benefits:
