Core Responsibilities & Duties:Manager in training to become Location ManagerDelivery and route managementAssist in recruiting / retention of contractorsEngagement and positive cultureWork directly with the Client and Location ManagerAdhere and enforce all operational policiesWarehouse Operations (in certain locations)Maintain a clean and safe working environmentOther duties as assignedQualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experiencePrior experience in management and/or logisticsExcellent communication skills both written and verbalStrong leadership and planning abilityMust possess strong interpersonal skillsMust have the ability to prioritize work load and manage timeIdentifies and resolves problems. Demonstrates attention to detailIdentifies opportunities to increase accuracy and optimize resources and develops/recommends/implements solutionsExcellent negotiation skills to deal effectively with individuals and groups within and outside the organizationProvides timely and professional support to all internal/external customers and vendorsEffective organization and leadership skillsProven leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively supervise, coach and influence employeesGeneral computer skills - Microsoft Office, Outlook, AS400BEWARE OF FRAUD!
