Rate: $80,000 + Commission
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Metrology and First Article Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in metrology and first article inspection to drive sales and build lasting relationships with clients in various industries including aerospace, automotive, industrial products and more. Your understanding of precision measurement tools and quality assurance processes will be essential in providing tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Qualdoc is a fast growing supply chain management firm offering a variety of services including first article review, supplier development and management, inspections, as well as staffing services. Our collection of services allow our clients (ranging from aerospace to food & bev) resolve their material and labor challenges.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in metrology and first article inspection markets.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Qualdoc's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate their value to clients.Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate metrology solutions.Proposal Preparation: Support metrology manager with proposals and quotationsMarket Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting sales strategies as needed.Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered on time.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in the CRM system.Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Technical Sales or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.Experience: 3+ years of sales experience in Quality Assurance or a related fieldTechnical Knowledge: Understanding of metrology principles, first article inspection processes, and relevant measurement tools and technologies.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing effective sales strategies.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address client challenges effectively.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive company culture.Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.Must be a US citizen due to ITAR requirementsBenefits:
