Train new service representatives throughout the Region
Assist in coverage for understaffed centers throughout the region as needed
Job Responsibilities:
Train service representatives on policies, procedures, systems, and all other job duties Assist understaffed locations by fulfilling the Service Representative position duties Complete thorough and accurate location reviews and vehicle inspections Assist in the development of processes and practices to improve regulatory compliance, safety, safe driving practices, efficiency, and all other center or employee needs Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Write routine reports and correspondence Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
Education
and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED, or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience CDL with HazMat endorsement preferred
Physical Demands:
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
