Job Description

Job Summary:The Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of drywall installation projects. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:Plan, schedule, and oversee drywall installation projects from start to finishCoordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are metManage project budgets, tracking costs and making adjustments as necessary to stay within budgetCreate and maintain project timelines, ensuring deadlines are metSupervise and support field staff and subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project specifications and safety protocolsConduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of workIdentify potential issues or delays and develop solutions to mitigate risksReview and approve project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoicesProvide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholdersEnsure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standardsConduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvementQualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the drywall or construction industryStrong knowledge of drywall systems, installation processes, and materialsAbility to read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and specificationsExcellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projectsStrong leadership skills with experience managing teams and subcontractorsProficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar)Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbalKnowledge of local building codes and construction safety regulationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not requiredPMP certification is a plusBenefits:
