Machine Learning Researcher
Role
Regrello is seeking a highly motivated and talented US-based Machine Learning Researcher to join our AI team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, in-house supply-chain experts, and customers to design, develop, and deploy novel foundational AI algorithms that reshape how global supply chains are organized and operated. Together with your team members, you will push the frontiers of tabular modeling by creating novel foundational deep learning models capable of processing large, complex tabular datasets.
We are specifically looking for candidates with a strong background in deep learning models, graphs, network theory, natural language processing, and related areas. Your expertise in these areas will be crucial in developing innovative and creative solutions that address the complex challenges faced in the manufacturing and supply chain domain.
This is an individual contributor role, with the potential to take on additional responsibilities in the future.

About you
Masters/PhD in Computer Science or quantitative field with research in AI and a 3.5+ GPA3+ years of industry or post-Masters/PhD experience developing, building, and deploying Machine Learning models for real-world scenariosStrong experience in deep learning and graphs or network theory. Experience with at least one other form of machine learning, such as natural language processing, reinforcement learning, computer vision, LLMs, etc.Proficiency with Python and PyTorch, Tensorflow, or JAXDemonstrated ability not only to use state-of-the-art machine learning techniques but also to innovate upon them.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.A strong desire to learn, grow, and drive impact on real global problems-and to help others around you do the same.Experience with supply chain, manufacturing, or related problems is a plus but not required.Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and deploy AI models to solve real-world complex problems in global supply chain and manufacturing.Apply and build upon state-of-the-art machine learning technologies, stay-up-to-date with current developments in the AI field, and use your expertise to inspire AI applications across the organization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Product Management, and industry experts to build high-quality product features that can be used by major companies around the world.Take on new challenges and responsibilities as needed, and be an enthusiastic team player in a dynamic startup environment.Help shape the company by participating in hiring decisions and contributing to our culture of continuous learning and growth.
$165,000 - $220,000 a year
We offer a competitive salary range of $165,000 - $220,000, based on experience, qualifications, and location. In addition, we offer equity in our dynamic startup to reward your contributions to our success. Our benefits package includes health insurance (medical, dental, vision) and generous paid time off.
