Property Accounting Manager . In this role, you'll be the cornerstone of their accounting team, overseeing a portfolio of assets and playing a vital role in the month-end close process. You'll lead and develop a team, ensure accurate financial reporting, and act as a key resource during budgeting season. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on managing complex financials and loves building relationships with their team and stakeholders.Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and supervise accountants and accounting assistantsOversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, receivables, and general ledger maintenanceEnsure accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end close, reconciliations, and critical paymentsCollaborate with business and regional managers during budgeting and audit processesManage cash flows, distributions, and reimbursement processesActively contribute to team success through continuous process improvement and relationship-buildingRequirements:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in accounting, finance, or a related fieldProficiency with Yardi and strong Excel skillsProven ability to thrive under pressure and handle complex inquiriesStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindsetA leader who can inspire, train, and oversee the team to meet deliverables .
