Administrative Assistant needed to work for a national financial services firm. In this role, you will support the Director of Operations by managing daily operations of the tax practice, streamlining workflows, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Our client, located near Perimeter Mall, is a rapidly growing, boutique registered investment advisory firm which provides investment management services for individuals and small to mid-sized companies. This is a full-time, hybrid remote position after the initial training period.
Core Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations across multiple practice areas, including tax advisory, return preparation, bookkeeping, administration, and client servicesUse existing systems and technology to refine workflows and improve operational processesManage and track project timelines, ensuring deadlines are metAssist with client communications and help enhance the overall client experienceCoordinate meetings, schedules, and document preparationProvide operational support to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications & Skills:Bachelors DegreeStrong relationship-building skills and a client-first attitudeDemonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesAbility to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervisionExcellent communication, time management, and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
