Job Description
The Associate GAM will develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase Freespira's sales in all government healthcare agencies; Veteran administration (VA), and VA community care network providers (CCN). The GAM will focus on selling to VA and VA CCN licensed clinicians with the goal of increasing Freespira patient referrals and building provider advocates.This is a field-based role that will require consistent face-to-face interaction with providers and key decision-makers within these call points. You will be responsible for creating brand awareness in your territory to increase marketplace adoption of Freespira. The expectation is for a GAM to exceed customer expectations and provide a consistently high level of service. As the Freespira product and clinical applications expert, you will lead educational in-services/presentations (in-person and virtual) to VA and VA CCN licensed clinicians. This GAM will operate in close collaboration with the Area Director of Government Sales and the VP of Government Affairs to achieve corporate sales objectives.

Educate prospects and providers on the Freespira treatment through calls, emails, and educational in-servicesMeet/exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales call targetsProvide/execute territory sales plan, including strategic and tactical approaches that will result in successful outcomesProvide field-level customer interactions and guidance to all Freespira team membersProvide timely and accurate reports when requestedKeep detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions in SalesforceStrong in-person and virtual presentation skillsPromote and represent Freespira's treatment within assigned accountsDevelop and build strong customer relationships in assigned accountsTerritory requires up to 80% of time spent in the fieldWork closely with other team members to provide exceptional levels of service to our customersAssist with any other duties as assignedAdhere to all of Freespira HealthCare's code of conduct and ethics policiesAdhere to target accounts vendor policiesManage sales cycle and all activity in SalesforceCompensation Information
