This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, energetic environment where your contributions directly impact our company's success. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing orders, providing quotes, and addressing any issues or concerns. This role requires a deep understanding of corrugate and its applications in the engineering industry. If you have a knack for problem-solving and maintaining customer relationships, we would like to meet you.Responsibilities: Manage and process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner. Provide accurate and competitive quotes to clients. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products, particularly corrugate, to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients. Handle customer complaints and issues, offering swift and effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to ensure that customer requirements are met and expectations exceeded. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions. Participate in regular training and development activities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the engineering industry. Proven experience working with corrugate, orders, and quotes. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software. Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is a plus.
