What specific procedures are required?Hip FracturesPatella FracturesQuadriceps Tendon RuptureTibial Shaft FractureAnkle FractureAchilles Tendon RuptureDislocationsRami and Sacrum Fractures in elderly PatientClavicle FracturesSimple olecranon fracturesBicep tendon ruptureForearm FractureDistal Radius FracturesFinger and Hand FractureDislocationsCertifications required: BCStart Date: ASAP for 6 month with possible extension after 6 monthsShift Schedule details and duration - Mon-Fri 8a-5p Clinic plus some weekend and after hours call.8 hour days with night and weekend call (Call is a 24 hour call period so within that 8 hour day we anticipate for them to be in the clinic and Operating Room and then the hospital as needed)8 hour day is split between OR, clinic, and hospital timeSchedule will vary - Some days they will spend 3 hours in the clinic and the rest at the hospital.Inpatient or Outpatient: 18 yrs+ ; Both Outpatient/InpatientMust be comfortable and competent addressing ortho trauma cases.Critical Access - Level 4 TraumaMust be very proficient and have recent (within the last 6 months) experience using EPIC in an inpatient and outpatient setting.Must be very proficient and have recent (within the last 6 months) experience attending to ortho trauma patients.Must be very proficient and willing to see patients in the Orthopedic Clinic as needed (Mon-Fri at least 4 days per week).Must be very proficient and willing to provide routine ortho surgical services (typically one full day per week in OR).
