Hunton Distribution, a division of Hunton Group in Houston, TX (www.huntongroup.com), has a new and exciting opportunity for you to join our organization as a Territory Manager. Selected candidate will be responsible for performing professional business to business sales and assist customers in business development of owners and key personnel. This position requires a self-starting, well organized individual to develop and maintain sales territory in the Houston metropolitan area. Customer base will comprise of residential HVAC owners, self-servicing end users, and commercial contractors.

Responsibilities
Represent and sell Trane HVAC equipment to residential and light commercial contractors.
Responsible for assisting Trane contractors to improve the profitability of their business through systematic implementation of business plans.
Responsible for finding, on-boarding, and guiding new customers to become Trane Dealers.
First line of communication with customers on Trane equipment and basic application information.
Attends sales meetings and monthly sales reviews to track progress with management.
Maintains records of sales and account activity, customer information, and requests.
Collaborates on all applicable team projects.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of HVAC equipment and systems.
Basic HVAC application knowledge (load calculation and basic airflow).
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
In-home retail selling experience is a plus.
Education and/or Experience Required
High school diploma; College degree preferred.
2+ years of related sales experience.
