**This position can be performed remotely for candidates who reside around the Dallas area**
Essential Functions:
Collects, reviews, and enters rating information into the system to provide quotes to underwriters for complex new business, endorsements, renewals, cancellations and reinstatementsContacts agents and follows up for missing informationReviews and processes endorsementsDevelops relationships with agents to promote new accountsParticipates in writing new business for basic accountsEducation & Experience:
Associate's degree or equivalent work experienceOne year of underwriting support experienceKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Keyboarding speed of 40 wpm with accurate data entryGood personal computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft WordGood problem-solving skillsAbility to make sound decisionsSelf-direction and teamwork skillsGeneral knowledge of insurance terminology preferred
