Job Description
Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Control: Ensure all construction activities comply with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures, manage financial risks, and ensure projects are completed within the approved budget.
Problem Solving: Identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on project status, including progress reports, budget forecasts, and risk assessments.
MUST HAVES:
7+ years of project management experience and construction management degree, or a related field. Experience in renovation and new construction in the industrial and commercial sectors.
Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing diverse teams and complex projects.
Self-motivated and have experience managing multiple custom/special projects and plan/spec projects, from inception to proper close-out.
Must be a self-starter with high attention to detail, highly organized with project planning and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to various stakeholders.
Proficiency with all Microsoft software, Procore, Bluebeam Revu 2021 Core and some AutoCAD.
OSHA 30 safety training.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s). During the initial 12 months, you will be employed through Actalent Services where you will have access to full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, holiday pay, and 401k). After 12 months you will be eligible to transition to the engineering firm as a direct employee.
