Job Summary

The Red Hat Digital Architecture team is seeking a skilled and results-oriented Digital Architect Lead to be a power user across various Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) tools, including Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (CDP), Adobe Target, and Adobe Journey Optimizer. In this key role, you will harness these technology platforms to facilitate real-time, omnichannel activation experiences.

This position requires a holistic thinker capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to grasp our go-to-market strategy, data requirements, and potential touchpoints within our digital ecosystem. The Digital Architect Lead will work closely with the broader Digital Growth team to align on business priorities related to our digital experience touchpoints, ensuring we have the necessary data to effectively utilize our AEP tools and derive actionable insights. We are looking for someone who can translate our business priorities into impactful customer journeys supported by actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert on AEP tools, guiding teams on best practices for maximizing their capabilities

Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business objectives, data requirements, and touch points within our digital ecosystem

Operationalize data needs by translating insights into actionable strategies that enhance customer engagement and journey optimization

Develop and implement solutions that ensure seamless integration and functionality across AEP tools

Work closely with marketing, analytics, and technology teams to ensure alignment in digital strategies and data utilization

Provide recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to keep our activation strategies innovative and effective

Provide technical support and training to team members and stakeholders on AEP best practices

Required Skills

8+ years of marketing technology experience

4+ years of Adobe Experience Cloud tools experience (with recent focus on Adobe Experience Platform, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO))

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

Proven ability to think holistically and strategically, connecting various elements of the digital ecosystem

Ability to thorough understand digital touchpoints and translate our experience ecosystem into data needed to deliver actionable insights

Excellent prioritization skills, especially in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple projects and priorities that can change

Adobe Experience Platform certifications are preferred

Willingness to work within an open culture, where meritocracy and leading by bringing others along are required

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

The salary range for this position is $103,290.00 - $170,500.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

Pay Transparency

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
