How will you contribute to the team?

Responsible for all dimensions of contract administration, including negotiation, correspondence, documentation, certification, financial reporting and product delivery for major contracts. As necessary, assists project/program managers with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) or State law and regulation interpretation and interfaces with clients' contracting officer or specialist on contractual issues.Assists with negotiating contract terms from proposal stage to project close-out in accordance with relevant regulations.Coordinates approval of negotiations, contracts, and subcontracts with appropriate management staff.Provides advice on and interpretation of contract requirements.Reviews solicitation requests to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.Assists in preparation and reviews cost proposals including pricing and scheduling details, coordination of requirements and cost proposal risk assessment.Prepares consulting agreements.Modifies contract schedules and participates in vendor reseller agreement negotiations when required.Ensures timely processing of technical reports and deliverables.Coordinates with program managers to ensure contract requirements are fulfilled.Assists in the development of internal contract administration policy.Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced contracts administrators; may have formal supervisory responsibilities.Maintains current knowledge of relevant contractual procedures and practices.Participates in special projects.Performs such other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.Complexity - Performs work that involves applying acquired and diversified knowledge and experience in contracts administration and the coordination of related activities.Decision Making - Exercises independent judgment in the analysis of contracts and reports to determine contract requirements and compliance needs. Receives direction on assignment objectives, complex administrative problems and possible solutions. Work direction given toothers - Directly supervises Contracts professionals. Frequently contacts client representatives, contractors and regulatory agency personnel to coordinate flow of records.What will you contribute?

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, plus a minimum of eight years relevant experience, five of which must be related to FAR procurement or contracts administration OR Master's degree in Business Administration or related field, plus a minimum of six years relevant experience, five of which must be related to FAR or State procurement or contracts administration.Must demonstrate knowledge and working familiarity with the FAR or State law and regulation. Experience with multiple contract types, performance-based contracting and GSA is required.Good analytical and organizational skills. Ability to perform mathematical calculations, to understand contract plans and specifications, organize information, and effectively utilize PC and applicable software.Korean language ability is highly preferred.Semiconductor manufacturing background is highly preferred.General Competencies expected of all Professionals and Managers are as follows: Client Service, Commitment, Communication, Innovation & Continuous Improvement, Professionalism, Quality, and Teamwork.Job requires ability to process paper/electronic documents and operate computer keyboard and 10-key adding machine. Ability to plan and prioritize tasks, and review contract documents, project plans and progress reports. Expected compensation range is between $120k - $140k annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
