Description:This position is responsible for providing administrative support, office management, purchasing and procurement functions, customer invoicing and billing, user account management, and divisional support in the implementation and support of LIU and customer or stakeholder programs. The services include clerical tasks, meeting organization, coordination of services, coordination of procurement and distribution, information processing and workflow development, customer service, team activities, and other problem solving and customer relations tasks.

Qualifications:
High school diploma requiredAssociate degree in Business or related field preferredThree to five years of high-level administrative office experience required.Extensive technology use and support is preferred.Must be highly organized with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have knowledge of and be capable of developing efficient and effective office procedures.Must be highly confidential at all times.Terms:
Full-time, 260 days, 8 hrs/day
Salary:
Starting $24/hr plus and excellent benefits.
