- Oversee all operations of the Diagnostic Imaging Department, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of imaging professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Manage departmental budgets, resources, and staffing to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.2. Patient Care:

- Ensure high-quality patient care is delivered consistently across all imaging modalities, focusing on patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction.

- Collaborate with clinical staff and other departments to facilitate seamless patient flow and enhance the overall patient experience.

- Implement policies and procedures that prioritize patient-centered care and adhere to best practices in diagnostic imaging.3. Technology and Innovation:

- Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in diagnostic imaging technology, including AI, tele-radiology, and other innovative practices.

- Develop and implement a strategic vision for the future of the Diagnostic Imaging Department, incorporating new technologies that enhance diagnostic accuracy and operational efficiency.

- Evaluate and recommend new imaging equipment and technologies to improve departmental capabilities and patient outcomes.4. Quality Assurance and Improvement:

- Establish and monitor quality control and assurance programs to ensure optimal performance of imaging equipment and services.

- Analyze imaging data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based practices.

- Lead departmental efforts in accreditation processes and maintain compliance with all applicable regulations.5. Collaboration and Communication:

- Foster strong relationships with medical staff, administration, and other departments to promote interdisciplinary collaboration and improve patient care pathways.

Submission RequirementsMin. of 5 years experience in Diagnostic imagingat least 3 years experience in leadership roles; preferably Director role (manager, supervisor, director)in depth knowledge of multiple imaging modalities ranging from MRI, CT, X-Ray, UltrasoundMaster's degree in Radiology Tech, Health Admin, or related field pertinent to the positionCert(s): ARRT, CMD, etc... - applicable certificate to RadiologyTEMP NH MIRT license in effect!!!
