Tetra Tech's High-Performance Building Division is currently looking for a
Senior
Design Build
Project Manager
with a background in Industrial, commercial facilities and infrastructure market sectors.
Work with the Design Build Operations Manager, this individual will be the project's primary point of contact for the client and consultants throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Manager will possess broad knowledge, understanding, and experience with the standard engineering and construction models including A/E, EPCM, or Design-Build.
Additional Locations : Huntsville, AL / Cincinnati, OH / Lexington, KY / Will consider other locations as well.
Your Responsibilities will Include:
Develop and execute a portfolio of projects including project profitability, quality, safety, client satisfaction, controlling available resources, project scope, schedule, budget, and contractual requirements (invoicing, EHS, etc.). Attend project meetings with project teams, capturing minutes, and tracking actions. Follow and champion internal governance requirements to include compliance needs, code of conflicts of interest, insider trading, discrimination, and harassment, and business essentials fundamentally linked; risks to strategy, strategy to purpose, and rewards. Prepare project tools including work breakdown structures, risk registers, requests for information, and issues registers and decision logs. Support the preparation of governance documents including Project Execution Plans, Quality Assurance Plans, Stakeholder Management Plans, and Risk Management Plans. Support project change control management. Apply knowledge of planning and scheduling functions and demonstrates a thorough understanding of contract administration, liability, and safety issues. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required. 9+ years of experience managing complex projects as a Project Manager. Experience with and general knowledge of safety and contract/liability issues. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail abilities. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and experience helping to maintain successful client relationships. A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required for this position. Must be able to obtain a government security clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen Preferred Qualifications
PMP certification. This role can be performed from a wide range of locations throughout the US. The pay range for this position is between $115,000 - $140,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on primary work location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal parity. A full range of benefits are offered, to include 401K, paid time off, dental, medical, vision, disability, and life insurance options.
