In this role, you'll drive the success of digital marketing campaigns by managing project timelines, coordinating across teams, and ensuring smooth, timely project delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and excels in communication, bringing structure and momentum to each initiative. Your efforts will play a crucial role in amplifying our brand presence and achieving measurable results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage digital marketing campaigns and projects, from conception to launchMonitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, including budgetsCollaborate with internal teams (design, content, development) to understand their requirements, goals, and objectives and ensure timely deliverables.Ensure the integration of digital strategies across various marketing channels for cohesive campaigns.Reporting of digital marketing initiativesConduct post-project reviews to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvementStay up to date on industry trends and best practicesPerforms work under direct supervision.Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.Diligent, Punctual and Ready to work!Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor.At STIIIZY, we believe in fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field3+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or project managementExperience working with project management software (e.g. Asana, Trello, Jira)REQUIREMENTS

Must be over 21 years of age.Available for on-site operations work Monday-Friday.Work revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities- not hours; must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.Willingness and ability to undergo cross-training in various roles within the department as required.Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and/or working on a computer.Able to stand up to 4 hours at a time.Be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods of time.Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 15 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
