Auburn University Advancement is excited to begin the search for a Student Worker to provide support to the Auburn Advancement Director of Donor Experience and the Events & Experiences Team.

Essential Functions

Assist with donor stewardship efforts including but not limited to birthday, anniversary, and special occasion recognitions.Assist with event communications, prep, setup, breakdown, and follow up.Design and produce materials such as event menus, nametags, place cards, table numbers, programs, etc.Manage event responses for a multitude of overlapping events.Assist with accounts payable paperwork and processes.Communicate with event vendors and suppliers.Help manage supplies and equipment inventory.Gift wrapping.

Minimum Qualifications

Currently enrolled student at Auburn University

Preferred Qualifications

Pay Rate$9.25/hour

Work Hours15-20
