The Global Services Group (GSG) Colleague MIS & Analytics team (CMA) is seeking an analyst to help drive the performance of our frontline colleagues. The Analyst – Performance Management & Incentives will have the responsibility of defining, implementing and maintaining a performance management program for the front-line colleagues and leaders across GSG card servicing processes for servicing teams in multiple markets globally.
How will you make an impact in this role?
Manage day-to-day Performance Management and Incentives processes, driving process improvements by analyzing technical issues, performance results, and future project impacts.
Ensure the incentives meet all AXP Governance requirements including documentation, approvals and reporting.
Provide analytical support for operations through analysis of performance data to identify trends and drive necessary plan changes.
Establish partnership with critical customers by creating solid informal as well as formal communication, including but not limited to meeting facilitation, status updates, and tool clarification / up-training.
Minimum Qualifications
Highly organized and detail oriented
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with GSG leadership
Advanced in Microsoft Excel
Analytical ability: comfortable working with and manipulating data, ability to find errors in large data set or reports
Able to work independently, as well as collaborative.
Flexible with shift timings to support the international business, as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Global Services Group Operations, a plus
Qualifications
Salary Range: $70,000.00 to $135,000.00 annually bonus benefits
