Bonus amount prorated forPart timehires,per diem hires are ineligible.CurrentMaineHealthmember employees are ineligible; former MaineHealthMembersare ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.Maine Behavioral Healthcare is currently seeking a weekend House Supervisor to assume clinical and administrative responsibility for the hospital during weekend hours. As the senior leader on duty, the House Supervisor allocates resourcesofthe hospital and directs the care of patients as an extension of the senior leadership team and safety officer.This dedicated weekend position may be eligible forWeekendProgram Premium of $5 per hour.Required to work 7of8 weekendsIncludes planned and unplanned time offWork Holidays if they fall on the weekendSummary:The House Supervisor RN - Behavioral Health role assumes clinical and administrative responsibility for the hospital during specific assigned hours. As the senior leader on duty, the House Supervisor allocates resources of the hospital and directs the care of patients as an extension of the senior leadership team and safety officer.Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Certification RN-BC preferred.Experience: Five years of relevant experience preferred, experience in psychiatric nursing preferred.
