What You’ll Be Doing:
Evolent is looking for a Senior Director of FP&A (Product & Technology) to join our team of Finance professionals working to advance Evolent’s mission. The FP&A team is a centralized corporate team focused on financial intelligence, analysis, and forecasting with a focus on delivering strategic thought partnership with a financial lens.
Collaboration Opportunities
This role reports to the Vice President of Enterprise Finance. This role will work directly with Product and Technology team leaders across the enterprise, as well as other cross-functional teams to help the organization achieve its goals within a fiscally responsible manner.
The Day to Day:
Serving as the primary point of contact for the Product & Technology leadership teams and leading the FP&A team for that business area.
Leading, managing, and developing a high performing team with a culture focused on serving as a trusted partner to the business.
Driving business initiatives including developing business insights, target setting / budgeting, long term strategic / financial planning, and proactive performance management.
Building trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders by providing financial perspectives on business drivers and supporting strategic decision making as a thought partner.
Developing and communicating the FP&A team’s strategic direction including areas of innovation to better support the business.
Advancing the team’s strategy around leveraging technology to streamline forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Synthesizing key financial and business performance updates and issues for executive level decision making.
Authoring and communicating financial information to internal stakeholders at all levels and tailoring materials for the audience.
What you’ll bring
:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related quantitative field
8 years’ experience in FP&A, investment banking, accounting, or relevant finance role
Previous experience working with public companies and in technology / software / IT
Broad experience with ERP systems and planning, forecasting, and reporting solutions
Command of core financial concepts and disciplines including accounting, budgeting / forecasting, and financial modeling
Technical Requirements:
We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $150,000 - $160,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance benefits) to qualifying employees. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
