Huda Beauty is seeking a talented Sales & Education Executive to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of our brand, driving sales, and educating customers on our products and brand history. In partnership with the Director, Sales and Planning and Field Sales and Education Executive, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact, and inspire others through education. The ideal candidate will have a knack for building relationships and a love for beauty to help us revolutionize the beauty industry!Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Fully understand and work within Sephora sales, model, culture and policiesEducate retail partner sales associates on HUDA BEAUTY, WISHFUL Skincare and KAYALI Fragrances, sales and artistry techniquesUse company reporting and tools to customize in store strategies related to BA’s training and selling experienceAchieve sales goals in assigned region, through strategic call cycle, in-store trainings/masterclasses and special events to support brand marketing and sales promotion calendarProvide weekly sales performance/productivity, event activity and any field needs or feedback to your Line ManagerMaintain individual in store booking through Sephora’s Happening now systemBuild strong, collaborative relationships with regional, district and store-level personnelManage inventory at store level in accordance with retail partners operational proceduresEnsure that Huda Beauty, Wishful and Kayali gondolas, BOTF, towers and linear are visually impeccable and in accordance with all 3 brand’s schematicsObtain and act on Assortment Cycle Count Reports (ACCR) and work with stores to adjust inventoryInterview, hire, coach and mange Sales and Event Specialists (freelance) and travel budget to support the territoryIdentify and communicate merchandising and assortment opportunities to HUDA BEAUTY HQ in Los AngelesDemonstrate strong retail business acumen, and ability to Identify analyze and evaluate opportunitiesWork within company expense budgets, schedule travel per call cycle, adhering to established guidelines and proceduresWork closely with team to schedule calendar and strategize sales opportunitiesRequirementsUndergraduate degree preferredA minimum of 3-5 years account management experience in prestige beautyExperience in prestige beauty, SEPHORA experience preferredCandidates must have strong written and oral communication, organizational and time-management skillsCandidates must be results-oriented, and demonstrate leadership abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentWhile a qualification in make-up artistry/previous retail make up experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertiseMust possess a valid state driver’s license, good driving record and required auto insurance policyDemonstrate ability to utilize Microsoft Office suite and professional email etiquetteBenefitsMonthly “Self Love Days” – at company discretion401(k) matching contributionsPremium Medical/Dental/Vision coverage for employee plus dependentsMonthly coaching sessions with our in-house Success CoachEmployee discounts on all Huda Beauty, Wishful, and Kayali productsQuarterly product giftingHuda Beauty is committed to building diverse and inclusive teams and upholding an equal employment workplace that is free from discrimination.
