Position Details:
As the Office Manager at MedElite, you will oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. Your role includes managing administrative functions, coordinating office activities, and providing support to both staff and clients. You will be instrumental in maintaining office organization, handling communication, and implementing policies that enhance productivity.
Responsibilities:Assist with Operations Tasks: Support additional operational duties as assigned by the direct supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and readiness to take on new responsibilities.Phone & Message Management: Answer and direct phone calls, monitor messages from answering services and ensure they are appropriately routed and addressed in a timely manner.Medical Supply Management: Oversee inventory tracking, ordering, and shipping of medical supplies to ensure stock levels are maintained and managed effectively.Administrative Support: Follow the supervisor's guidance and provide administrative assistance to all subdivisions of the Operations department as needed.Project Management & Independent Work: Ability to manage projects and tasks independently, ensuring timely and effective completion with minimal supervision.Multi-Dimensional Role: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, handling a variety of tasks and supporting multiple teams and management as required.Willingness to take on other administrative or operational tasks as needed to support the overall functioning of the office.Qualifications:
