Operating Foreman– Civil Construction

We work in small teams generally building civil structures as Prime GC. Willingness to travel anywhere from Evergreen to Estes Park as a lot of our work is in the mountains. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operating Foreman as a Civil Constructor. The Operating Foreman will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on construction sites, supervising a team of operators and equipment, and ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires hands-on work and leadership skills. Qualifications Supervisory skills, including team management and delegation Experience operating heavy equipment Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Basic carpentry and maintenance knowledge Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Attention to detail and organization Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Experience in the civil construction industry is a plus Ability to operate excavator in mountain conditions
