Developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive benefits and retirement plans in accordance with company objectives and legal requirements.2. Conducting regular reviews of existing plans to ensure they are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with all relevant regulations.3. Collaborating with various stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and Legal, to align benefits and retirement plans with overall company strategy.4. Providing expert advice and guidance to senior management on all matters related to benefits and retirement plans.5. Identifying opportunities for improvement in our current plans and proposing innovative solutions to enhance their effectiveness.6. Managing relationships with benefits and retirement plan vendors, brokers, and consultants to ensure the best possible service for our employees.7. Creating and delivering engaging and informative communication materials to educate employees about their benefits and retirement plans.Qualifications:The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification would be a plus.2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing retirement plans and assisting with benefits, preferably in the energy industry.3. In-depth knowledge of retirement plan regulations, industry trends, and best practices.4. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to make data-driven decisions.5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.6. Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.7.
