Based in the greater Nashville area, we are seeking aTraveling Superintendent with a strong background in healthcare commercial construction to join our team. Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from planning to implementation.2. Allocate resources for assigned projects.3. Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.4. Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.5. Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.6. Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.7. Conduct quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.8. Communicate with project team regarding ASI’s, RFI’s, and Material Submittals.9. Regularly inspect the work of subcontractors to ensure quality and conformity with plans.10. Ensure all onsite personnel comply with project procedures, safety program requirements, work rules, etc.11. Document all violations, notify project management, recommend/implement corrective actions as required.Qualifications:1. 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in a supervisory role.2. Proven track record of successfully completed commercial construction projects.3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.4. Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings, and plan sets.5. Advanced understanding of risk management policies and procedures.6. Extensive experience managing budgets for large construction projects.7. Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.8. Must have OSHA 30 certification.9. Ability to travel as required for the job.10. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.11. A strong work ethic and a professional demeanor.
