IN /compact licenseMinimum 2 years of strong Med/Surg experience1 travel assignmentTrauma level II experienceSkillset: NIHSS/dysphagia screen/strong Neuro assessements, basic tele interpretation, strict I’s & O’s/straight cath/Foleys, intitate/titrate heparin gtts., blood/blood product administration/venipuncture/blood cultures, NG tubes, indwelling drain managemen, stable gtts. (i.e. Protonix, Lasic, etc.)AHA BLSAHA ACLSNIHSSRecent Epic charting experienceOther Details:

First to float within skillsetPatient Population:

Neuro and Neuro-Surgical patients – CVAs, elective back/neck surgeries, post-op cranis, cerebral angiogram. General medical and psych.Unit Information: 37 beds.

Ratio: Days 1:5-6; NOCs 1:5-7; CN takes partial patient assignment.Scrub Colors: Navy blue scrubsCovid-19 Vaccine Not Required -- Subject to changeNo local candidates (40 mile radius rule)
