REQUIREDActive ND license or IMLC -
HIGHLY PREFERREDActive ACLS -
REQUIREDMust be able to experience and ability to read and/or perform all Required Procedures and note at Submission -
REQUIREDMust note if/if not provider has stroke capabilities at submission -
REQUIREDResidency/Fellowship -
REQUIREDClean Malpractice/Background -
HIGHLY PREFERREDMust state availability (# of shifts per month) at submission -
REQUIREDDisclose if provider has worked at any other CHI/Dignity facility -
REQUIREDCOVID VACCINATED -
REQUIREDRequired Procedures:Current list of procedures that our IR team performs:Neuro (head) stroke thrombectomyDiagnostic vascular interventionAngiography venous and arterialTherapeutic vascular interventionAngioplasty venous and arterialStenting (venous and arterial)Thrombolytic therapyEmbolization therapyInterventional (body, non-neuro)Vascular access devices/PICCSCentral linesPort a cath insertionsIVC FiltersTIPSAspiration/drainage proceduresPercutaneous Needle Biopsies (Above & Below diaphragm, and Bone)Extractions (Biliary & Renal)Abscess drainageThoracentesisParacentesisMyelopgraphyPain management proceduresPerc. Varies from 10-15.Call back during the weekday and weekend call shifts vary due to certain circumstances, normally only come in for emergencies.Compensation for this opportunity is highly competitive at
