The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering data, maintaining database records, and assisting customers with inquiries and support. This role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Pay Range:
$1100 - $1250 weekly
THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB
Location:
Atlanta, GA
Key Responsibilities:Enter and update customer information into the company database with accuracy and efficiency.Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.Maintain and manage data integrity, checking for any discrepancies.Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service operations.Assist with compiling reports from data and providing them to relevant departments.Support customers with basic technical issues or redirect to the appropriate team.Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company data policies.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or related certification is a plus.Proven experience in data entry and/or customer service.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Bonus Points:
