What You Will Do in This Role:
The Business Analyst works under the general direction of the Director of Global Sales Operations, supporting the sales and commission processes.
This role will be responsible for loading, analyzing and interpreting data related to sales and commissions. In addition, you will work closely with the sales and finance team to ensure accurate and timely commission calculations and payments. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings effectively.
Develop and maintain commission models and reports.Data Collection and Cleaning: Collect and compile data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Perform data cleaning and transformation as necessary to prepare it for analysis and the commissions cycle.Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely commission paymentsTroubleshoot and resolve any commission-related issues.Identify trends and insights to optimize the annual planning cycle.Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all commission-related processes.Directly collaborate with sales leadership on distributor sales forecastingSkills and Experience we'd like you to have:
1+ year industry related experience with Sales Operations or Data AnalysisAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.CRM experience required, preferably with SalesForce.Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica and / or DemandTools required.Strong data analytics skills a mustAbility to work independently and provide independent, accurate results. Must be highly quantitative and analytical.Requires well developed data analysis skills and ability to use principles of logic to generate results.Ability to organize and prioritize workflow with ability to manage several simultaneous projects.
Location:
Ability to come into the Louisville, CO office at least 3 days each week
