Active Hawaii RN license REQUIRED to be considered. License Pending or "will apply pending offer" will be declined.Current ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS certification required to submit and must be valid for the duration of the assignmentCCRN, CRRT, CPI, and trauma certification preferredMust pass EKG exam with a score of 80% or better during orientationPrevious Queen's Health System travelers HIGHLY preferred!Travelers are required to float to other units (ICU, Stepdown, Telemetry) based on operational needsTravelers required to provide COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations according to current CDC guidelines: COVID booster 2023 or later, Current season (2024/2025) Flu vaccineAll compliance requirements must be completed and uploaded to Medefis 10 or more days prior to start of contract. Not doing so will result in delay of start date and shortened contractSchedule Information
This is a 48 hour/week contract. Traveler will work four 12 hour shifts per week (including weekends/holidays)No RTO during initial assignment. Traveler may work with manager to arrange sequential days off during contractDue to holiday, full compliance will be due on or before Wednesday, 11/27/2024Additional Details
